Sunday’s Worship Set – 1/15/12

Hey everyone!

This is a new blog series I will be posting weekly listing the songs we as a worship team played the previous Sunday. ??I will try to have the blog up the following Monday or Tuesday. ??If I can find Youtube clips of the songs, I will post those as well! ??My hope is that this will educate you all on new songs we are introducing as well as answer any questions you might have about what songs we played and who they were by. ??Enjoy!

Without further ado… ??Here is this past Sunday's list:

His Love – Hillsong United

Cannons – Phil Whickman

You Alone Can Rescue – Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin

To The Cross – Paul Baloche

'Til I See You – Hillsong United

Consuming Fire – Tim Hughes (though, we did the Hillsong version)

Hey Nick, any chance you could post the songs a week ahead instead of a week behind?

  2. Nick says:

Well, we as worship leaders plan the set the week leading up to the Sunday we are playing/leading. So, a week beforehand, we don’t know what songs we are doing. Haha. Also, we typically make changes to the set even up to the last minute. So anything posted in advance would be potentially inaccurate.

Nick: we need to get you to the Passion conference next year. Hillsong and Matt Redman were here this year (among others). Anyone interested, you can go to 268generation.com and get a digital pass and download a lot of the worship and teaching. I think we’ll be back in CT this spring – will be great to worship with you again. –jeff.
